Brian D. Flick

Brian Flick, managing partner of DannLaw's Cincinnati office, is a tireless advocate for consumers in Ohio, Kentucky, and across the United States. His practice is focused on consumer class action litigation, consumer litigation, consumer bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy litigation, student loan litigation, foreclosure defense, appellate litigation, and other areas of consumer law.

Because his clients often find themselves in extremely difficult and stressful situations, Brian provides personal attention and reassurance along with sound legal advice to those who turn to him for help. He strives to resolve every issue and case thoroughly and efficiently, whether he is fighting to save a family's home from foreclosure, guiding consumers through the bankruptcy process, guiding consumers through unfair debt collection practice issues, or guiding borrowers through issues with their student loans. Brian constantly seeks new ways to assist people and also to educate other attorneys, as he is a frequent speaker at events held by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, National Association of Consumer Advocates. and a founding member of the Advanced Bankruptcy Litigation Institute which launched in October 2025. Brian has spoken on topics directly related to consumer bankruptcy, consumer rights, and foreclosure defense ranging from RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) 101, Zombie Mortgage Litigation, Bankruptcy Rule 3002.1 Litigation, Foreclosure Defense, FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) 101, Issue Spotting in Consumer Cases, Case Valuation of Consumer Cases, to Venue and Jurisdiction Concerns for Bankruptcy Litigation.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at Adrian College in 2002 and received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law in 2005. Brian has been a Board Member with the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys since April 2023 and is the Ohio Chair for the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
