Gabrielle Albert advises clients in all aspects of corporate bankruptcy cases. She has represented all significant constituencies, including debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, landlords, indenture trustees and ad hoc committees. She has spent significant time representing survivors of abuse by various Catholic entities. She also represents parties to assignments for the benefit of creditors. Her bankruptcy experience covers a variety of industries including tort plaintiffs, gym chains, retail chains, online merchants, medical devise developers, and utilities.
Ms. Albert is a member of the America Bankruptcy Institute and is the conference sponsorship co-chair for the 2024 Rocky Mountain ABI Conference. She is also a member of IWIRC and the California Bankruptcy Forum In addition, Ms. Albert has been a frequent guest lecturer at the University of California, Davis on bankruptcy for undergraduates.
Ms. Albert was raised and attended school in California and now lives in Denver, Colorado while working in San Francisco, California.
